- Passive (Special Attack) - Sei is a hero without basic attack. All of her damage based on her skills. Any of her Combo [Q] can trigger on-hit effects and deal damage on buildings. Sei converts 100% of her base Attack Speed into 10 bonus Attack Damage and 80% of her bonus Attack Speed into Attack Damage.
- Passive (Fury) - Every 3 seconds restore 1 Fury, each kill on a unit restores 1 Fury, every 10 Fury increases 1% Damage Reduction, maximum at 10% Damage Reduction. When reaching 100 Fury, Sei will be able to use the active effect of this skill once.
- Active - Unleashes the power of Ever-victorious General by consuming 10 Fury per second, increases the damage of Total Annihilation [W], A Spear Strikes Like A Dragon [W], A Great Hawk Spreads Its Wings [E], White Crane Spreads Its Wings [E] and Charges Seven Times Through The Ranks of Enemies [R] by 30%, and increases Sei's Movement Speed by 20% until the Fury reaches 0.

A Spear Strikes Like A Dragon [W]

- Active 2nd Cast - Sei uses her spear to rapidly strike on the front in a fan-shaped area, dealing physical damage multiple times for a total of 20/40/60/80/100/120 + [0.3 Bonus AD] physical damage. Each strike that hits on enemies restores [8 x Sei's Level] Health to Sei, the effect is doubled if there is at least one enemy hero within the targets hit.
- Note - This skill is not affected by cooldown reduction effects.
A Great Hawk Spreads Its Wings [E]
Cost: - Static Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds
- Active 1st Cast - Sei jumps and uses her spear to strike on the ground in a straight line, dealing 50/80/110/140/170/200 + [0.5 Bonus AD] physical damage to all enemies hit and knocking them up. Afterward, she can active White Crane Spreads Its Wings [E] once within 5 seconds.

Charges Seven Times Through The Ranks of Enemies [R]
Cost: - Static Cooldown: 100 / 95 / 90 / 85 / 80 / 75 seconds
- Active - Sei assaults on the targeted enemy hero, dealing 7 consecutive strikes within a short time, with each strike deals 30/40/50/60/70/80 + [0.3 Bonus AD] physical damage. Sei disappears from the game, becoming invulnerable and untargetable for the entire duration. After this skill finishes, Sei appears at her original position where she uses this skill.
